Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment Policy To secure a shoot, clients must complete the booking form and pay the required retainer. Payments are processed through a secure portal on the website. Booking details will be provided upon confirmation. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify the photographer at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made after this timeframe may result in the forfeiture of the retainer fee. Rescheduling due to unforeseen circumstances may be accommodated at the photographer’s discretion. Late Arrival Policy Clients are expected to arrive on time. A 15-minute grace period is allowed, but any delay beyond that may result in a shortened session without a refund or reschedule. Weather Policy For outdoor sessions, if inclement weather occurs, the shoot may be rescheduled at no additional cost. Clients will be notified in advance of any necessary changes. Session Expectations & Conduct Clients are expected to fully cooperate during the session to achieve the best results. Any disruptive behavior or lack of cooperation may affect the quality of images. The photographer reserves the right to end a session early if necessary due to unprofessional conduct. Editing & Delivery Policy Final edited images will be delivered within 14 business days after full payment has been received. Additional edits or expedited processing may be available at an extra cost. Terms & Conditions Agreement By booking a photoshoot with Naccari Narrative LLC, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all policies outlined above.
